We had a great time during our 3-night stay. The room had nice amenities like a fridge, a stone fireplace, and coffee/tea makers, even though we didn't end up using them.

The stunning views of the orchard were truly breathtaking, especially waking up to the long rows of trees in the morning. The shepherd hut we stayed in was spacious and welcoming, providing all the comforts of home. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottle of milk, duck eggs, and sparkling cider that were waiting for us. The private hot tub was a fantastic way to relax, and we appreciated that it was already heated when we arrived. We also enjoyed the opportunity to purchase their own produce, including eggs and pork, which were exceptional. The pizzas cooked by the staff were delicious and paired perfectly with their cider. It was also a delight to interact with the friendly pigs on the property. we had a lovely weekend filled with great memories.

The room at Orchard Retreat Off Grid Shepherds Huts was like a cozy little paradise. It had a patio where I could enjoy the fresh air and soak up the sun. The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a quick meal, and the private bathroom was just perfect, with a hot tub to relax in. I absolutely loved the warm and inviting vibes of the room.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom situation. But hey, I understand that some people might not mind it at all.

Always return to my favorite retreat in Dorset. Amazing staff, they even sent back my forgotten headphones! Love the free parking, bar area, jacuzzi, and sauna. Perfect for a city break. No regrets!

Stayed in the Dorset Star shepherds hut, enjoyed the hot tub and free parking. loved having a private entrance, sauna, and a kitchen. The view of the orchard was delightful.

Oh, what a shame. I didn't spot a private helicopter landing pad.

Always return. Staff found my lost necklace. Perfect for me. Free parking, bar/lounge, jacuzzi, sauna. Pets allowed. No smoking. Back for Easter.

Unbelievable location in an enchanting orchard with a jaw-dropping view. The shepherds hut exceeded our expectations with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The view from the hut was incredible, with rows of trees stretching into the distance. The hot tub was a perfect size and great for relaxing. The pizza in the bar/barn was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. It was also convenient to have a local pub nearby.

It would have been nice to have a sun lounger or something more comfortable to lie on the decking. We made do with a picnic blanket, but it wasn't the most comfortable option.
